Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns on any preloved garments purchased in store.

Additional non-returnable items:
– Swimwear – Lingerie – Earrings

Byrdie Lane works collaboratively with emerging and independent designers, we accepts returns on these items within 7 days from date of purchase.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are only accepted on the condition the item has not been worn, washed, marked, damaged or altered in any form. Ensure, all tags are intact and attached to the garment or item. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be credited via original method of payment.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us via email as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee we will have replacement stock as inventory is limited with some brands, if this is the case a refund will be granted.

Sale items
Sale items cannot be refunded.
