Full payment for the rental period is required before commencement of rental. To book your space, send through a request form, contact us by phone or come in store.

Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to start date are ineligible for a refund. We can not provide a refund for any unused days of your booked rental once it has commenced.

We are open 6 days a week. We will open 9.15am Wednesday and Saturday to stall holders only. This will allow you to setup your rack before opening and make the most of your rental period.

After your rental finishes, you must pack down on the day it finishes at least one hour from close. If you have difficulty doing so, our staff can do this for you for a fee of $20. Please let us know at least a day in advance if required. Failure to pack down on time will result in a fee of $30 and will be deducted from your profits.

Make sure items are washed and clean. No faulty items are permitted.

We reserve the right to remove any items we find unfit for sale (dirty/faulty).

Do not overfill your rack! Less is more. You are welcome to restock your items throughout the week and by logging into your account you can see what has sold. We have the right to remove items from overstocked racks.

Once you have secured your rack, it is your responsibility to complete your inventory form and return no later than 5 days before commencement of your rental. Staff will print out your labels and you can collect either prior to your commencement date or on commencement date. You will need to attach your tags to your items. We can provide the service of labelling and setting up your stall for a fee of $20.

Only our labels with a barcode can provide you with real time tracking.

If you wish to change the price of an item, a new tag will need to be generated. We can do this for you in store. Please contact the staff for assistance.

Shoppers will ofter place clothes back on wrong racks. We do have designated racks for this purpose but missing items may still occur. At the end of your week, please check these racks for any loose items you may have lost. Tags also come off, we will hold these items for a maximum of 20 days. If unclaimed they will become property of Byrdie Lane. Please do not hesitate to contact us for missing items once you are home, we will be happy to check these racks for you.

We have a strict no return/exchange policy on preloved garments. It is your responsibility to inform buyers of any faults or defects on items tags. We are not responsible for any faulty products.

We receive over 2000+ items weekly and take security of your items seriously. While we have invested in alarm systems, we take no responsibility for stolen and lost property. Cases will be reported to the police if witnessed. We take no responsibility for damage to items caused by vandalism, fire or water damage.

On collection of items, we will cross check profits owed to you and confirm the nominated bank account for deposit. We take no responsibility if payment details have been provided incorrectly to us. We aim to have your payments to you within 7 days.

You will be required to sign a T&C document on commencement of your rental term.
